OK this is done old school style,
you will need to manually install thes files into FS2004 
the supper carrier folder NAMED *TPO suppercarrier goes here...
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery

then take the AF2 TPO files goes here:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery\scenery

when you start FS2004 goto setting, scenery and activate the TPO suppercarrer Folder.
then restart FS! 
take off from PADL *Dillingham and head to *Port alsworth.
a few miles before you arrive you will see it.
